Louise “Lou” Newman: Owner of Lou’s Garage; she was born and raised in Waterton.

Margaret Lu: A local business owner. She is Audrika’s biggest competitor, but she can be counted on to side with Audrika in a fight.

Mila St. Jean: A seasonal worker in Lou’s Garage.

Murray Miles: A local businessman; husband of Arnette Miles.

Oscar Hycha: One of Waterton’s police force.

Prischka Archer: The director of Coldcreek Enterprises and Rich’s one-time supervisor.
