Danny

Sarah’s eyes glittered with expectation as she regarded him.

It wasn’t exactly lying that he didn’t mention the consequences of their ruse, that if they didn’t sell their fake mating she’d be killed or mated off to someone else. If he had told her, she would have been too terrified to play the part. It wasn’t lying, but it sure wasn’t honest.
