I was not expecting to take things that far with Chris. I was definitely not anticipating for him to blow my mind like he did. He touched me in places that caused me to erupt more times than I can count. He had this certain demeanor about him that made you desire his presence. As soon as he left I was awaiting his return. Our six-year age difference was nonexistent to me at this point. It did not bother me, because this was about more than a sexual relationship. I had heard about him and I knew he was dangerous but I was intrigued though. He was a versatile man and our conversations were more than about the typical hood affairs. We talked about everything from our dreams, religious beliefs, and even politics. I did not come from this lifestyle so I was unaccustomed to a lot of things but one thing I knew for sure was that Chris was no one to play with. His name was known in the streets and other arenas as well. He was young, but he was someone to fear and respect.

As soon as he left I received a call from my job probably wanting me to come in to work. I had one of those jobs that ensured you had no life outside of it. It was not a 9-5 but more like a 24/7 365 days a year. I ignored the call only to receive a text moments later.

I rolled my eyes at my boss’ frequent obsession to mentor his staff. After declining his call I am sure he was trying to see where my head was. I went to place my phone on the charger and decided to take shower to wash off my festivities from this evening. Just thinking about the things Chris’ young ass just did to my body caused me to smile event though I did not want to. We had been neighbors for a few months now and my attraction for him was regrettably getting stronger every day. I needed to get it together; I did not need to fall for him.

The hot water from the shower soothed my body perfectly as it rained down my skin. It was my favorite place because it freed my mind and afforded me the time to think without any distractions. Thoughts of my father made there way in to view. He died when I was seven. That was sixteen years ago, but the image of him was still fresh in my mind. I was a daddy’s girl and he was all about me. Although he was unable to raise me, he was still responsible for the woman I was today. My looks, attitude, job occupation, and even my hobbies were all his doing. I wanted to be like him and perfect the image of him that was engraved in my mind. I watched him die right before my eyes and I have suffered with the visual ever since.
