Letâs take some steps to de-stress your Brain and free yourself to feel Bliss. Exercising your brain via making lists and analyzing them challenges your Brain in a new way and increases the positive effects of exercise on the Brain. Make the following lists:
1. Give Yourself a Break List: What are you going to skip, eliminate, or give yourself permission to let go of?
2. Change Your Loyalties List: What are the top ten products/services/places you consume? Think of ways to minimize the stress of procuring these items by getting them online, delivered, or delegating them to someone else.
3. Stop Creating More Stress List: Think of the ways you personally add to the stress in your life, and then stop it.
4. Do Today List: Prioritize and delegate as possible. Maximize your âfound time.â
5. Do This Month List: Prioritize. Are there items on this list that are more than three months old? Are they still important?
6. What Makes Me Happy List
7. What Am I Thankful for List
8. Remarkable Times in My Life List
9. Good Work List
10. Relationships I Cherish List
We are social creatures, and with social media and hyper-connectivity we are able to âfriendâ thousands of people at one time. But how deeply connected can we really be in 140 characters and with 1,000 people? Instead of spending hours reaching out to a multitude of people, make a list of people you will go deep with. Tell them why they are important to you, and foster those relationships verbally and in person.
