Will circled the cafe nervously a couple of times, looking for a place to park his beat-up old sedan and trying not to think too hard about what he was doing. Somewhere inside, James was waiting for him, and he wasn't at all sure how to feel about that.

His two visits to Dr. Stevens' clinic had been eye-opening experiences. In the past two weeks, Will had done things – or, more accurately, let others do things to him – that he would never have allowed under normal circumstances, would never have even thought of doing. Two weeks ago he'd been a skinny college student nervous about his first trip outside the country, totally focused on doing whatever it took to get himself to the museum internship in Italy.

That good student still lived inside him, but he was increasingly sharing space with another urge, one Will hadn't ever explored before, a desire that was quickly beginning to turn into obsession. He couldn't sleep at night, those last few days, unless he thought about the sensations the doctor had shown him, while he was strapped down to that examination table.

Then, today, he'd pulled James' crumpled business card out of his jeans and texted out an invitation with shaking hands. The young orderly had responded almost immediately, and with barely-contained enthusiasm.

And now here they were, Will scraping a tire along the curb parallel parking and James somewhere inside, waiting.

He stepped out of the car and smoothed the creases in his jeans, looking apprehensively at the inviting glass doors, then took a breath and pushed in.

At first he didn't recognize the orderly, in his casual everyday clothing. James' blonde hair was hidden under an army cap and the thin, loose t-shirt he wore somehow seemed to show off his body much more than the tight starched uniform he'd worn at the of ice. But there was no mistaking those soft blue eyes, or the way they crinkled at the sight of Will picking his way across the little room.

“It's good to see you again,” James said, grinning like a kid on Christmas. He glanced down at Will's body, letting the gaze linger.

“Although I think the angle was a little better last time.”

Will flushed, remembering. James' first impression of him had been as a patient, naked and tied spread-eagled to a table, under the watchful eye of Dr. Stevens. But there was a playful twinkle in James' eye, and the smile he gave Will was more an invitation than a joke.

“I've been thinking of you,” Will confessed. He was having trouble looking away from the place where James' nipples were barely dimpling the thin fabric of his shirt. It occurred to him suddenly that he'd never seen James' body. This man who'd introduced him to such exhilarating new things, who'd been the first to slide himself inside Will's most private place... Will had never seen him naked, had never even seen him take his shirt off.
