1 cup walnuts

1 cup water

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp paprika powder

2 tsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp lemon juice

~ sea salt to taste PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Soak walnuts overnight. Rinse very clean; dry between towels. Put walnuts and water into mixer and blend on high speed until well mixed.

2. Put mixture into a cheese cloth and place into a strainer. Close cheese cloth tightly and place a weight on top. Allow mixture to sit at room temperature for 14 hours. Remove and place in bowl — mixture will look like cream cheese.
