I had secured my business deals, and had fun doing the shit. Not to mention I met this beautiful ass woman, but she had some other shit going on. We finally made our way back to the crib, and a nigga was more than happy to be back. I had been so motherfucking busy with making deals and shit all week. A nigga had fucked around and got sick. I couldn’t afford the shit, so after leaving my late meeting with the owners of this new company that I was thinking about investing in, I took my ass to the pharmacy. I climbed out my whip and made my way to the back of the store where all the drugs were at. I was sitting there trying to read what best fit my damn symptoms, when an associate came up to me, smiling so damn hard.

“Hello, sir, can I find what you’re looking for?” She asked.

“Yeah, can you tell me the difference between these four? I’m trying to figure out which one would be best if-” I started, but she cut me off.

“I’m actually not too sure, but I can ask the pharmacist if she’s not busy and has time to explain. Because I honestly don’t know. Or you could go to the register, I think she’s helping out right now.” She giggled. I shook my head, because if you knew you wasn’t gon’ be no help. Why bring yo ass over here? I had a fucking headache out this world, and these bright ass lights were making it worst.

I walked over to the pharmacy checkout line, and it was a few people in front of me. This old black man was up there flirting with the girls, and I couldn’t help but to chuckle. Funny how they get old and think they still got it. Shit was hilarious, cause he was holding up the line flirting with the lady. Holding all this medicine in my hand, I was reading the labels and shit, getting irritated. Shit with all the side effects and shit, I wasn’t trying to take none of this shit. I wasn’t into putting this shit in my body, but if it helped a nigga feel better, then I would take it.

“Have a good day, Mr. Jones. Thank you. Hello, I can help you over here.” An angelic voice said. I stepped up to her side of the counter, and instantly bricked up at the sight of her in her lab coat.

“Aliyanna, can you come to the drive through to answer a question really quick?” The girl came from the back to say.

“Yes, oh. Um, she. She can help you as soon as she’s done. Sorry.” She looked in my eyes, instantly walking off to the back.

“Sir, I can help you.” The shorty who didn’t know shit earlier offered.

“Nah, I need to ask the pharmacist a few questions. She was the pharmacist, right?” I asked.

“Yeah, she’s the pharmacist.” She nodded.

“Well, I’m waiting on her. If you could make sure she’s aware of that.
