Roasted Shrimp

¼ tsp. red pepper

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 ½ lbs. shrimp

½ tsp. pepper

½ tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. lemon rind

5 c. broccoli florets

Directions:

Turn on the oven to 425. Cook up the broccoli for a minute and then drain before plunging into some ice water and draining.

Combine the pepper, salt, juice, and lemon rind into a bowl. Add the shrimp and toss.

Arrange the shrimp and broccoli on a pan and bake for 8 minutes or until the shrimp is done. Enjoy.
