After he returned home the next morning with Kuro, Chris found himself being tag-teamed by Elsa and Silva, who informed him in no uncertain terms that it wasn’t fair for him to only take Kuro out on dates. Kuro had looked rather pleased by their reaction. However, Chris had only been able to give them a pained smile.

Thus the next Saturday and Sunday, Chris took them on their dates.

He ended up taking Elsa to a gaming event that was happening in Los Angeles, a tournament for a video game she had picked up recently and begun talking up. It was a battle royale game called Apex Legends that somehow became popular overnight. Chris hadn’t had a chance to play it yet, but they had it for the Xbox One, so he and Elsa would likely be playing it soon.

Because of her shy personality, he ended up taking Silva to the zoo, where they both enjoyed a relatively quiet day walking around and looking at all the animals. Silva had been a particular fan of the elephants. They’d had lunch at the zoo, but then Chris pulled a similar stunt with her that he did with Kuro. He rented out some nice clothing, took her to a restaurant, then spent the entire night making love to her in a hotel.

The days after that passed by at a slow trot. Chris would wake up, go to college, go to his kickboxing center, and come home to a wonderful meal cooked by Silva. The silver-haired catgirl had become a master in the kitchen. She had surpassed his ability to cook certainly, but he also believed she had what it took to become a professional chef if that was what she wanted.

Like that, Chris’s life seemed to have finally settled down.
