If you don’t like something, don’t eat it. People who are dieting often end up eating crispbread, but it’s not obligatory – if you hate it, don’t bother. If you do like it, then always spread the flat side rather than the bumpy one with whatever spread you’re using as it will take much less: an easy way to cut down.
