We need to focus on eating organic, fresh and healthy food. As discussed in the previous chapter it is important to focus on cycling all the food. The body needs proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, calcium, zinc, etc. to function properly. The food items listed on the food to avoid is best consumed in small amounts. Although not recommended, it will not harm your body if you have it in small amounts occasionally. For example, having a buttery biscuit a couple times a month should not have much of an impact on your body.
