He'd tied her to the bed! “Let me go!"

"No.” His voice brooked no arguments.

Anger sparked inside her. Why couldn't he see she was doing this for his own good? He couldn't appear weak tomorrow in front of the whole Leap, damn it!

"I love you for what you did, Jess, but you can't keep all this inside you or you're going to go crazy. Let me do this, please. I promise I'll be fine. The urge is gone, thanks to you, and even when I get it back it should be lessened."

"You can't be sure of that."

"I can."

"Grrrr."

He just laughed. “You'd make a great leopard, honey.” He moved to her side and leaned down, taking her mouth with his. Kissing her as if he hadn't just been inside her, he slid his right hand from her neck to her breast.

Pulling back, he looked down and traced her areola with a faint touch, going round and round until she couldn't help but thrust her hips up.

"More?” he teased.

"You know what I want,” she said, nearly pouting.

"Maybe, but I like hearing you tell me what you want me to do to you. Remember our first night together?"

Jess was instantly pulled back to that amazing evening. He'd rescued her days before. She'd been hurt, and so they'd had to stay in a remote cabin lost in the woods. There wasn't much there but a small bed and a chimney. She remembered snuggling against him at night, wanting to bathe in the warmth he emitted. It'd been just as good that first night, as if he'd already known what to do to make her scream in pleasure. And scream, she had. It was lucky there had been no one around because she hadn't been able to stop herself, shouting his name every time she exploded. Just like now... “Cal-leeeeb!"

He thrust inside her only seconds later. He leaned down and pressed his mouth on hers. He tasted of her, and she groaned, wanting nothing more than to clasp him to her.
