I have now been here for two weeks. Even though I have been taken away from everything I know, I've adjusted relatively easy and got into a routine. It's extremely regimented, like I would imagine a prison to be. Though there is no jail like this. In the morning I'm awoken by an alarm and it is time for breakfast. I am not allowed to choose my breakfast or anything else that we place in our mouths. Me, and I presume the other girls, are given a strict diet to maintain our figures and skin. Luckily for me, I love what we eat. Though it does feel like more than I'm used to. I'm served the most luxuriant of meals. Beautifully cooked meat and fish with vegetables of every colour. Then a hamper with every fruit you could imagine. Did you know there is a thing called a dragon fruit? I didn't either! All of this is served by maids, though Ivana forbids any talking between us. This all makes me feel like a thoroughbred horse being prepared for its first race.

After the maids have cleared breakfast away, I'm required to exercise. Like with the meals this is regimented and Ivana assess me with critical precision. She has assessed that I need to tone my ass and has put me on an exercise routine. All of this is having a huge affect. Every time I a pass a mirror I can't believe how clear and radiant my skin has become.

Next, I am taken to the baths. There I am bathed, by more staff, exfoliated and then given a mud bath. 'You must be perfect, you must be ready for Alexander', is a mantra that Ivana is constantly repeating. As strange as it sounds I am doing the same. Without question this whole experience has been terrifying and unexpected, but slowly I am learning to enjoy it. I want to please Alexander. Half Ivana's conditioning, half genuine need.

Following this comes the training. This is varied and covers a lot of ground. One of the key things Ivana has been teaching me is how to walk correctly. She screams at me over and over, 'Walk like a lady, not a harlot'. She is not happy with my posture and makes me do a hundred laps daily. She threatens to hit me every time I get it wrong.

Then there's the lessons in pleasing a man. I won't go into details, but it covers every aspect of satisfying a man's needs and cravings. Usually with Ivana, as I am perfecting a skill or technique, belittling me and commanding me to do better. To do better for Alexander.

It is during one such lesson, that a bell rings three times within my chambers.

“God,” Ivana slams her fist down onto the table I am arched over. “This soon?”

I take the object that's in my mouth out. “What? What's that?”

“That is him. That is Alexander,” she roars. “Go and get dressed. You are going upstairs.” I rush to my cupboard, Ivana directing me all the way.
