Three months later, David and I decided that a big wedding wasn’t necessary, so we got eloped on a private island. It was the evening of our wedding and we went for a romantic walk on the beach. I stopped to appreciate the beauty of the sunset.

“It’s so breathtaking.”

He looked at me.

“So is the view I’m looking at.”

He then splashed me with some of the ocean water.

“Wrong again, Julia. You made a choice...the choice to be honest with yourself. I simply gave you an opportunity to explore the possibilities.”

I looked at him sadly.

“I could have lost you, David. It wasn’t much of a choice.”

“Julia...”

He kissed me.

“Julia, I would have never left you. I would have stayed by your side as long as it took to help you. I would never have given up on you. The choice was really between living a normal, safe, mediocre life with me or an exciting, hot and sexy life with me exploring all the possibilities.”

“OK...you’re right...but you’re still one hell of a teacher.”

He put his hand on my cheek.

“And you’re one hell of a fuck.”

“David!”

I playfully slapped him.

“Oh come on, it was too good of an opening.”

I knocked him down on the sand, took off my bikini top and straddled him.
