“Hell yeah girl, you ready for tonight?”

I smiled as I listened to my friend Desiree talking into the phone. She was even more excited than me, which was saying something because I had been waiting all week for tonight. “You know I’m ready girl.” I replied as I checked my outfit in the mirror.

I leaned forward towards the mirror, feeling a rush of excitement at the way my breasts popped out of my low cut top. I knew this outfit would be driving the boys wild, but Desiree probably wouldn’t approve. She hated the attention being drawn away from her.

“Just a miniskirt and a top, you’ll see when you get here. Now hurry up I’m not about to wait all night for your slow ass!” She laughed in response before telling me she would only be five minutes. I took the time to do some last minute adjustments and admire myself in the mirror some more. I didn’t look like the same old Alexus most people knew, I looked fierce. I looked like the kind of girl other basic bitches wouldn’t let their man be around, and that made me excited. It was time for a change.

I was snapped out of my thoughts by the sound of Desiree honking the horn outside. Grabbing my purse, I quickly headed down the stairs and out towards the car. Hopping in, I smiled at Desiree’s expression as she opened her mouth to talk.

“You’re going to wear that?”

I laughed. “Is there a problem? I’m a grown woman.”

Desiree just shook her head before turning her attention to the road, peeling out of the driveway and heading towards the club. It was a smaller venue than he normally played in, so we would be able to get up close and see him in person. When we pulled up the parking lot was packed, and the line was around the corner.

“Damn. We’re not even going to be able to get in.” Desire said with a sigh.

“Don’t be stupid, we didn’t get dressed and drive out here for nothing. Let’s walk up to security.”

Before she had a chance to complain, I fast walked towards the front of the line where security was holding everyone up.

The security guard glanced down at his list. “Name?”

“My name isn’t on there, but I was invited by C-Rock. He told me to just ask for him at the door.”

Desiree appeared at my side, just in time for her to hear them laughing out loud. “Ask for him at the door? If you’re not on the list, you’re not on the list. Get out.” The security guard looked up, and his eyes lit up.
