Ryan spent a long time considering the connotations behind her message, his package swollen to bursting point, his cheeks burning. He didn’t need to guess her reason for throwing in a spanking. He’d kept her awake for hours. An equal mix of dread and anticipation fired a rush of adrenalin. At least it would be just a spanking. He couldn’t see Jenna dishing out a violent beating.

He took his time getting ready, allowing his food to digest, terrified that down on all fours he might throw up. The more he put off the evil moment, the greater his discomfort became. He set off for the dungeon before he climbed the walls. At the back of his mind, Jenna’s promise to slap a spiked device back on him at the end of the week tumbled over and over. Three days. He’d barely managed one day caged up in the friendlier device. If his body could learn not to respond to her presence, maybe it would be bearable.

Fat chance of that.

His step faltered. He actually turned around to go back. A single thought stopped his retreat. Cowardice killed. This release meant something to Jenna. She’d focused on bringing him around to the idea and he needed to discover why. If he could break down Jenna’s barriers — let her feel she held the upper hand — maybe she’d give something away. Like the real reason she’d brought him here.

Who was he kidding?

She did hold the upper hand, and he needed relief.
