Third Person POV:

Katie felt an electric surge of energy between her legs as soon as Damon touched her arm. Her eyes traveled down to the bulge in his pants, and she could see its bulk straining against the fabric, desperate for release. He pulled her toward him, wrapping his arms around her and bending to kiss her, sending shockwaves of arousal coursing through her and dampening her panties.

Some people won’t care about POV, as they are basically quite similar. But first person POV helps you avoid “head hopping”, which is where you suddenly write from a different character’s point of view, thus confusing the reader.
