If your neighbor or someone you know comes to your building asking for food or water and has their children with them, do not talk to them, do not assist them, do not let them in.

You have to just keep firm on this. Would you be willing to trade one of your children or your spouse for theirs? The fact is that if you give them food, you may be taking it from your child or spouse, and if you start this, at what point do you stop? You may end up with a line of hungry people, and when do you stop, when your own family is starving? The bottom line is do not start with this if you are not prepared to help them all.
