Stir the collagen into 1 tablespoon of the water.

Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a blender.

Add the frozen banana, milk, ice, and coconut milk to the blender.

Blitz, pausing every 2 seconds to ensure that the consistency is more like ice cream than a smoothie.

Scoop out with a big serving spoon.

Add sliced fig and goji berries before serving.
