ME: Don’t you think we should be targeting the corporate presence at the summit more directly?

CAMILLA: I think we are, though … through our general strategies. Besides, I don’t want to make it look like it’s just the big multinationals we’re after. Like, fix that, and everything will be okay. We’ve got to go way deeper than that.

ME: I see.

CAMILLA: No, really. I mean it. I think we’ve got to stop thinking in terms of single issues. We’ve got to get over thinking that growing and growing and growing money is a natural, valuable thing to do. Like it’s some kind of fundamental right. I think there should just be a cap on accumulating wealth. So much and no more. Everything else is not allowed to pile up in some hypothetical purse. The surplus should be plowed back into the social order that created it.
