Chapter Eleven

“Asher!” Jessica cried. He was attentive, driving her wild with little kisses and flicks of his tongue. She was trying to be quiet – his siblings could hear them, if they were to walk into the reception office.

She squirmed under his talented tongue, as he delved deeper, his fingers joining the fray. She clenched around him as he stroked her gently, his index finger joined by a second as he mouthed at her clit. Her fingers went into his hair and he growled, a noise that rumbled right against her sensitive flesh.

“Asher, please,” she gasped. She didn’t know whether she was asking him to stop teasing her or for more. She felt like a wind-up toy that someone was cranking to the max, about to send her spinning off.

Asher was definitely good with his mouth. He’d started by teasing her, pressing kisses against her hips and thighs, working around but not driving to her center all in one go. He held her hips up now, not letting her get away as he feasted on her, nuzzling and sucking at her sensitive flesh. Jessica was shaking, her legs curled around him, feeling like a bowstring about to snap.

“What do you need, sweetheart?” he asked, pulling his mouth away from her and looking up at her. She had to take a minute to breathe, her chest heaving as he leaned back.

“You,” she said. His eyes went dark, the green near gone as his pupils blew outward. He pressed a slow, lingering kiss to her stomach, and then pulled his fingers free. She whined a little at the loss, but her mouth hung open as he licked his fingers clean before he went for his jeans. That was by far the most erotic thing she’d ever seen. He really wanted her, wanted the taste of her, and liked how she felt in his hands.

Oh, she was in trouble. She had the feeling Asher would have stayed there until she came and then some. He looked like he was enjoying himself. No, that was an understatement. He was enjoying himself. He was hard and pressing against his jeans, she could see now.

The haze was broken a little by the sound of Asher’s zipper. If she’d been told she’d be in his office, on his couch with her pants flung into the corner of the room, she’d have laughed – and maybe fantasized about it a little later. She’d known Asher for a little over two months, worked for him for most of it.

And while he’d been open to her, he’d been someone who pulled away after kissing her.

This new Asher was a surprise and a pleasure, in more ways than one. She bit her lip, watching him undress.

He pulled his zipper down. She shivered a little at the loss of his body heat, but she couldn’t complain at the show. Asher was well-built, and he paused to smile at her before he pulled his tee over his head and tossed it aside.

His bruises were looking much better, faded as he messed with the button on his jeans.
