8 Jaw â Move gently from side to side to unlock habitual tension
9 Forehead and scalp â tense and release and massage with fingertips
10 Head â Adjust your head position very carefully by lifting the back of the head a few millimetres and allowing the weight to settle more comfortably on your shoulders
