Physical

1 Shoulders – move them back a few millimetres and relax them completely

2 Glutes – squeeze them tightly for a few moments – then release completely

3 Eyes – learn to relax the muscles around your orbits

4 Hands – tense and release finger and thumbs, massage the palms and joints

5 Feet – scrunch up the toes and release, apply gentle massage

6 Breathe – gently, slowly, deeply. In and out. In and out

7 Shoulder blades – squeeze them together and release them completely

8 Jaw – Move gently from side to side to unlock habitual tension

9 Forehead and scalp – tense and release and massage with fingertips

10 Head – Adjust your head position very carefully by lifting the back of the head a few millimetres and allowing the weight to settle more comfortably on your shoulders
