Emilio’s lips crash down on mine with bruising force, surprising the fuck out of me because another man has recently come in my mouth, and Emilio doesn’t seem to care. He slides his tongue against the seam of my lips until I give him what he wants and open for him. He plunges deep, licking and tasting, trying to swallow me whole.

My hands land on his broad shoulders and I drag him closer, needing more. I’ve fantasized about a kiss from him for so long, now that it’s actually happening, it feels surreal.

He tastes better than anything my imagination has conjured in the past. He’s mint and musk, sweet and powerfully masculine at the same time. His bulky body is tense against mine, and his fingers dig into my flesh, holding me to him with desperation.

I moan into his mouth.

As quickly as he caught me up, he releases me and takes a step back, panting. His features harden, deepening his scowl.

“Get the fuck out of here. Now.” His jaw clenches as he stares me down.

My feet remain planted firmly on the concrete floor. As if knowing I’m about to argue with him, he growls and takes the steps two at a time up to the main floor. Leaving me to stare at his retreating back, wondering what the fuck this is all about.

He kissed me.

Granted, I may have pushed him over the edge with that blowjob for Torsten. But it’s his own damn fault for staying and watching instead of giving us privacy.

I have no idea where I stand with Emilio. Never have, and sometimes I doubt I ever will. Fuck. I scrub at my face, exhausted, confused, and trying to ignore the sinking sensation in my stomach that’s telling me things are about to get more complicated than they already are right now.

I pass the guard taking over Emilio’s post on my way up the stairs. From there I head directly to my bedroom, where I consider crawling into bed fully clothed and dirty from the road. If I do that, I’ll hate myself for it in the morning. So, I go into the ensuite and turn on the shower, letting it run for a while to warm up.

Heading into my closet to grab a pair of clean underwear, I switch the light on and freeze. My hanging clothes, which are the majority of them, are arranged by color–and so are my shoes.
