The bouncer—the same one from the night before—took one look at me as I bypassed the line and his tongue practically flopped out of his mouth. Grinning, I flashed him a wink. I wore a little black number, the plunging neckline stretching down to my naval. Not to mention it was short enough that any movement had the bottom of my ass showing.

I’d learned my lesson however and decided to wear panties tonight. Red lace ones that matched my blood-red heels and accented my outfit beautifully each time they peeked out from beneath my dress.

If succubi had a uniform, this would be it.

Swallowing hard, the bouncer scrambled to push the door open for me, giving me a nod like I was fucking royalty. Or perhaps a god. It had my smile growing.

I didn’t bother to wait for Tyson, heading straight for the dance floor where a crowd was already forming. Being a Sunday night, the club wasn’t nearly as busy. But I had a feeling that would change the longer we were here. We tended to draw a crowd everywhere we went.

Someone grabbed my wrist and I spun around to find my brother looking down at me. When he didn’t say anything, I tugged my arm free of his grip.

“What?” I snapped.

“Need a wingman?”

More like a babysitter. I wasn’t an idiot. I knew Tyson was trying to keep tabs on me after my confession of what had happened with Lucas the night before. But I didn’t need my brother looking out for me this time. I knew exactly what I was doing.

For the most part.

I shook my head. “No,” I said through clenched teeth, forcing a smile.
