I had hardly been able to sleep. After Hae-In told me those things, I was so surprised that I didn't rationalize the importance of his words until I was alone. When I opened my eyes, it was half past seven in the morning, and the house was still too quiet. I got up and, after washing myself and dressing in something comfortable, I slowly opened the door to peek outside. I picked it up and, as I did so, I also noticed a small box, a little further on.

It was Christmas, with a note next to it, and I went out to get it after looking around. I had forgotten that it was Christmas and I didn't think Hae-In would give me anything; In fact, I didn't even notice that he was back. I opened the greeting card first, with trembling fingers, and dwelt on the neat and perfect handwriting of the person who had left it.

"Even if you're away from home, I want it to be a special day for you, the best day ever. That's why I'm giving you a little miracle. Merry Christmas, Lizzie."

In the box was my passport along with my plane ticket and two other things. The first was an entrance for that night's concert, the same one that had been stolen from me at the airport; The second was a strap at the end of which was a badge to enter the dressing rooms and meet my favorite band.
