Outbreak-Quelling Tincture

1 teaspoon lomatium root

1 teaspoon lemon balm leaf

1 teaspoon St. John’s wort leaf and flower

1 teaspoon spilanthes leaf and flower

2 ounces vodka

Put the herbs in a 2-ounce jar and add vodka to fill. Close tightly and shake well. Keep in a pantry or cupboard for 3 weeks, shaking every day. Strain and transfer to a dropper bottle. At the first tingle of a possible outbreak, begin taking 2 dropperfuls 4 times a day.
