Planning Out Your First Meals
Many individuals consume their prepped meals outside of the comfort of their own homes, which means you need to keep these factors in mind when planning your first days of prepping:
Stay away from soups. These liquid-based foods are a hassle which makes you more susceptible to making a mess and wearing more than you eat.
Find meals that reheat well. Plan out meals that you can pop in the toaster oven or microwave. Things with sauces and dressings typically do poorly, as well as many fish items.
Find meals that donât need a knife. Meals that need a lot of time to cut can be a hassle as well, especially if you are eating it in your lap, etc. If you have pork chops or chicken breasts of anything similar, make sure to cut them up into bite-sized pieces before putting in a container.
