Unchilled cream cheese (2 ounces)
Shredded cheddar cheese (.25 cup)
Coconut flour (1 tablespoon)
Almond flour (.5 cup)
Dried chives (1 teaspoon)
Minced garlic (1 teaspoon)
Egg white (1)
What to Do:
Warm the oven to reach 350ยบ Fahrenheit.
Cover a baking tin with a layer of parchment paper.
Mix the cheddar and cream cheese in a mixing container.
Stir in the almond and coconut flour, chives, minced garlic, and egg white.
Add the mixture to a plastic bag. Snip away about a 1-inch corner or use a pastry bag to pipe the dough onto the baking pan.
Make 3-inch strips with the dough. Flatten each one with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve piping hot or chill for a crispier texture.
