Jed was awakened by his cell phone the next morning. He fumbled for it on the nightstand and, for a moment, wondered if he’d remembered to remove it from his jeans pocket. Sure that he had, he finally found it. “Hyatt,” he mumbled after accepting the call, without noticing who it was from.

Brody had woken, too, and was watching him with interest.

The man looked like a fucking golden god, even first thing in the morning. His hair was disheveled and the smallest bit of stubble covered his chin. Jed thought it made him look even sexier, if that was possible. He glanced at the clock on the nightstand, wondering if they’d have time for a quickie before showering. They might have to settle for a quickie while showering.

Who am I kidding? Nothing was quick with the two of them. A simple blow job turned into a double blow job which turned into a double fuck session. Each of them took as long as he desired to work the other into frenzy. Both of them would come, but it never ended there. Once hadn’t satisfied them yet. It had taken several rounds of mutually excessive, over the top, orgy-quality material before they’d finally dropped off to sleep. Jed had commented on it at some point, but both agreed the marathon was hot as hell, and neither had wanted it to end.

“Up and at ’em, Hyatt.” Dix’s voice had an edge to it. “There’s been another murder.”

“Well, fuck,” Jed muttered and glanced at Brody. So much for the good times never ending.

“No shit,” his boss continued. “And you’re not going to believe what he’s done this time.”
