After we both slowly washed the other, we were back to being hard and needy and we ended up making out and rubbing off on each other until we were both sated and panting.

I barely had the energy to dry off before falling into the bed, wrapping my mate in my arms and sighing happily as I passed out hard, a stupid smile on my face.

Chapter Five

"Several different descriptions?" Briec asked, from her relaxed position with her head in Martigan's lap.

And hadn't that been a funny yet ridiculous display, when Briec had laid her head there and Miller had immediately started pouting, because he'd wanted to lay his head there. He'd eventually gotten Martigan's stomach who had his head in Karney's lap, while Karney leaned back against Cast who was lying on his side on the dock, acting as his mate's back rest.

When Larrin, Kross, Shaw and Young had shown up, Young and Larrin had gotten into a––no kidding––slap fight over who was lying on Briec, which had ended with the two getting a leg each and occasionally reaching out for no reason and smacking the other, while their mates sighed and leaned up against the posts on opposite sides of the dock.

It was literally like a bunch of misbehaving children and a few adults with very little control.

Camp had managed to get me to relax enough to sit between his legs while he leaned back on his arms, our legs dangling over the edge. It was nice and peaceful and I didn't have to try to hide a smile when the sound of skin smacking skin followed by a couple of growls sounded off in the otherwise quiet morning.

"You think he might be wearing disguises?" Cast asked, and I glanced over my shoulder to see him running his fingers through Karney's hair. "That would be a good way to make it hard for anyone to pin you down."

"Maybe." Camp shrugged, nudging my body slightly. "But I don't care how good your stilts are, you don't add a foot and a half to your height without somebody noticing the lower halves of your legs are oddly long. Even with the diversity of Terra Mortis, I don't know of one creature that has legs like that."

"What about a nulla?" Kross asked, drawing my attention around the other way.

"A what?" Young and Larrin asked at the same time, their heads popping up just a bit so they could look at Kross.

"Nulla figura. Shape-shifter." Kross shrugged like it was no big deal, but I could see his eyes light up as he settled into history nerd mode. "They can take the shape of just about any humanoid as long as the body mass is close." Larrin propped himself up on his elbows, watching his man like he wanted to eat him, while Shaw cringed slightly.

"Was the short guy kind of stout while the tall guy was probably pretty thin?" Kross asked Camp, completely unaware he'd garnered the attention of his mate, who looked ready to pounce.
