“Stop pacing and stand still, you’ll wear a hole in the rug,” Jerry said wryly.

Jerry was her best friend and wanted to be her lover. He pulled her into a warm hug and kissed her gently before he continued calmly and firmly, repeating again the outrageous statement he had greeted her with when he had first arrived.

“All I said was, I want to spank you.” Then he added a single word, implacably, “Hard.” “What?” She pulled back in his embrace just enough to look up into his eyes. In her surprise, it was the only word she could manage to say. For once in her life Ann was speechless.

He gave her a mischievous grin and a wink, his twinkling brown eyes full of laughter, then he spoke slowly and with exaggerated patience. “I want to raise and lower my hand, bringing it down quickly and repeatedly on your bare buttocks, starting slowly, and not very hard.
