● 1 lb. lean beef sirloin

● 1 small onion

● 2 medium fresh carrots

● ½ cup frozen peas

● ½ cup frozen corn

● ½ fresh cauliflower

● ⅓ cup all-purpose flour

● 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

● 32 oz beef broth

● 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

● salt & black pepper to taste

● 3 cups of water

● cooking spray

Tips

● You can replace beef with chicken or turkey.

● If you replace the meat, use chicken broth.

● You can leave out the meat for a nice vegetable broth.
