Dear Diary,

I woke up this morning from the weirdest dream ever. It was so bizarre that I had to write it down right away. I dreamt that I was driving home from the zoo in Logan’s Buick and everything was normal, like yesterday. But as we drove out of Balboa Park and into La Jolla, I turned my head and looked at the driver, and it wasn’t Logan at all. It was Michael Maxwell!

There he was sitting there with his metal sunglasses and blond hair. He was grinning from ear to ear.

“Hey there, Blondie,” he said. “Did you get my panda?”

“What?” I was thinking. Then I turned around and looked in the back seat, and there was the baby panda strapped back there in a car seat! We had stolen him from the Zoo!

So I looked back at Michael and said, “You’ve got to go back. We can’t take this panda. He doesn’t belong to us!”

But Michael looked at me with his blue-green eyes and said, “Don’t worry, Blondie. You and I can do this. We’ll be great panda parents.”

Then the drive was over, and we were parked in front of my house. Michael leaned over to kiss me like Logan had yesterday. I could feel heat radiating off his neck, and the car began to smell like chlorine and shampoo.

“So, are you ready for this?” Michael asked me.

“Ready for what?” I said, still thinking of the panda.

“Ready to kiss me. I know you want to.”

My heart beat so fast that I forgot all about the panda. I sat there in Michael’s BMW with his lips an inch from mine.

“Yeah,” I thought, “let’s do this.”

I was just leaning in to kiss him back when I woke up.

Pretty mental, huh? I’m trying to think what this dream must mean. All I know for sure is that Michael is a royal jerk, exactly like his sister Jessica. Why would I want to kiss Michael, but not Logan?
