Chapter Thirteen

Kevin Sapley watched from a few feet away as the girl’s green eyes opened to take her first look at the commander’s cock. Why should he try to pick up girls before he had sorted out exactly what he wanted in a partner, and he suspected what he wanted went a good way outside the usual boundaries of modern romance? He had enough to do trying to make his fortune and save humanity through his research in the new world of corporate astrophysics that Haller Corp had opened up to him. When he’d been chosen to ‘volunteer’ for Freedom’s Hope, the idea of the two-year sex ban hadn’t even bothered Kevin very much, though he had kept that fact hidden from the rest of the crew and Bart Dester in particular, bantering about sex when necessary.

Kevin certainly had not an ounce of prudery in his makeup. He had supposed, also, that with two years in space under his belt he might well have a better case to make to prospective pickups. A girl reluctant to go over the knee of a twenty-seven-year-old physicist for a bare-bottom spanking when she misbehaved might, he had thought, see the matter differently after Kevin returned from Saturn. A twenty-nine-year-old astronaut would clearly have more right to tell her—after she sassed him—to lower her jeans and panties for discipline, before he bent her over the bed for a dominant fucking of her punished bottom, to confirm her submission.

In her blue eyes, though, Kevin thought he might have seen that some part of Leah had wanted to say yes.
