Ina medium mixing bowl, stir in the soy sauce, pineapple juice, potatostarch, sherry, vinegar, honey, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, andcayenne. Put it aside.

Topit with carrots and the chicken. Pour the soy mix on the top. Coverit and cook it on low for 6-7 hours or 3 – 3 ½ hours onhigh.
