Today’s Date: __________________

PLANNING FOR A SUCCESSFUL DAY 14

Today, I am following

❏  The Easy Does It Approach (ten-hour window, low-carb ease-in breakfast or early lunch, low-carb ease-in snack, plus a regular dinner)

❏  The Steady Build Approach (seven-hour window, including lunch and dinner)

❏  The Rip Off the Band-Aid Approach (six-hour window, including lunch or snack, and dinner)

My personal goal(s) for today: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Daily Lesson from Gin: What do I do with all this extra time?

Even if you’re home alone, having snacks and meals gave you something to do and provided structure to your day.

Suddenly, the structure is gone, and you have to figure out something else to do.

When you are struggling with how to fill your typical snack time, coffee break time, or mealtime, there are lots of things you might choose to do instead, whether you are at home or at work. Here are just a few:
