Daily Lesson from Gin: What do I do with all this extra time?
For some people, one of the most challenging parts of living an intermittent fasting lifestyle is that they donât know what to do with themselves.
We are so used to being food focused from the moment we wake up each day: breakfast, coffee breaks, snacks, lunch, more snacks, dinner, after-dinner snacks ⦠the eating (and drinking) opportunities never seem to end.
As a new IFer, you may be missing the daily rituals that youâd become accustomed to. Even if youâre home alone, having snacks and meals gave you something to do and provided structure to your day.
Suddenly, the structure is gone, and you have to figure out something else to do.
