Chapter Nine

Damon

“It's okay. You don't have to answer that now.”

Damon occupied his lips with more cocoa. He was starting to feel the chill of their conversation. Part of him wanted to plead for Taylor to stick around—things were just getting started—but he didn't want to put pressure on Taylor. It was too soon for pressure.

“I shouldn't have asked.”

Taylor perked up. “No, it's perfectly valid. You're right to ask.”

“I guess I wanted to see where this was going.”

“Well, I was going to dive in for another kiss.”

Damon feigned shock. “So soon? We just had one on Friday.”

“Oh,” Taylor sighed. “Well, if it's too soon, I can just take my kisses somewhere else.”

Damon laughed as he scooted across the couch, removing Taylor's mug from the situation. He set it down and returned to Taylor with lips ready for the taking. He collided with Taylor, heated with the desire to fill Taylor with enough warmth to last the winter.

He surged with desire. Every gasp from Taylor prompted him to kiss more, to lend more energy. He dipped down Taylor's chin and coated Taylor's jawline, unable to determine where his lips went next. While drifting over Taylor's skin, his fingers dove underneath Taylor's jeans, tugging at the waistband.

Taylor hissed. “It's my turn, remember?”

“Be careful.”

“Yes, Doc.”

Damon bristled with hunger. He shifted on the couch, relaxing upright into the cushions. He watched Taylor sink between his knees, captivated by the sight of hunger in Taylor's eyes. As he witnessed Taylor remove the barrier of his jeans, he let his hand meander over Taylor's cheek. He watched Taylor's eyes flare with craving, with the unmistakable desire to please.

“Just your hands,” he instructed. “You'll hurt your neck.”

“I don't really care.”

Damon leaned forward, chuckling breathlessly as he cradled Taylor's neck. “Your hands, mister.”

“All right...if you say so.”

He hummed as Taylor procured his cock, gently nudging the tip of his cock with eager lips. The way Taylor breathed over his cock made him fidget restlessly. He wanted nothing more than to have his shaft covered with Taylor's mouth, but he wanted Taylor to take care. He didn't want Taylor opening up a world of injuries that would need more therapy.

Even though that would selfishly keep him here longer, he considered. But I couldn't do that. I wouldn't. I don't want to hurt him.

His breathing labored. Taylor had spit on his cock, lubricating it. He felt the warm fluid slither down his shaft, trickling for a few seconds before Taylor used it to stroke him. Taylor fondled him, his hand floating seamlessly up and down. He shuddered as Taylor picked up a simple rhythm that roused him and demanded his focus.

“Slow,” he whimpered. “Slower.”

“Anything for you.”

“It feels...” He squeezed his eyes shut, gripping Taylor's head as gently as he could muster. “Amazing.”

Taylor persisted, spitting again on Damon's cock. Damon conjured every part of his body to obey, attempting to keep his reactions under control. But his body had other plans. His body routinely fell into shiver fits that caused him to groan, ultimately blaming Taylor for the way he felt.
