On the first day of summer, Boerum Hill/Brooklyn sizzled under the kind of heatwave that can fry tomato plants on rooftops from Sheepshead Bay to the Big River.

Ramon sighed with relief as he prepared his fix. This time, the thigh. Ramon dropped his Chemin de Fer $45.00 jeans on the floor and kicked them into the corner. His big dark dick flopped, then extended a little as the force of the hit found his heart. He extracted the needle and leaned back against the foot of his pallet. It was good. Very good.

The Man stood over Ramon’s body and looked at the boy, more beautiful now in death. He began to stroke himself. His mantra.
