Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scrape the seeds out of the spaghetti squash by slicing it in half lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and put cut side up on the baking sheet. Roast for one hour, or until fork-tender. Pour off any remaining liquid, then scrape the spaghetti squash into strands with a fork. Set it aside.
Create the sauce in the meantime: In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
