Creamy lemon curd plus fresh strawberries brings this whole dessert to a whole different level! The flavors just mingle in your mouth.

Yields: Makes 4 Servings.

Ingredients:

2 cups Strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tbsps. White sugar

White chocolate, grated

To make the lemon curd:

3 Egg yolks

¼ cup White sugar

¼ cup Fresh lemon juice

2 tsps. Lemon zest

Pinch of salt

To make the Chantilly cream:

1 cup Whipping cream

3 tbsps. Icing sugar

½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Method of Preparation:

To make the lemon curd:

Using a medium pot over medium heat, pour water and bring it to a boil, place a heatproof bowl on top of the pot and toss into the bowl: sugar, lemon zest, salt, and egg yolks. Whisk for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens to cover the back of a wooden spoon.

Pour the mixture into a sieve and set it aside.
