Yep. I slept like a baby in a milk-induced coma last night. However, I woke up this morning to discover I can’t move. I can’t chew. I can’t blink. I can’t freaking BREATHE without feeling the soreness of some muscle I didn’t even know I had. My legs ache so much I thought I was going to cry when I sat down to pee this morning. I literally had to use the doorknob to hoist my broken body back up to the standing position. Don’t ask how I managed to get my pants back up afterward. So while I’m feeling rather well-rested, all this energy doesn’t do me much good when I’m too handicapped to expel it.

I had planned on trying out the sequence in my new yoga book after my breakfast settled. BUT considering I’ve missed three calls on my phone because it’s on the other side of the house and I can’t shuffle my crippled ass fast enough to answer it in time, I don’t foresee yoga happening today. Luckily playing tea party with Zoe doesn’t take much effort.
