Ingredients (4 servings)
¾ pound thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
3 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
At 375 degrees F, preheat your oven. Grease a 9x12 inches casserole dish with butter. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Beat 3 eggs with milk and feta cheese in a large bowl. Spread the spaghetti in the casserole dish. Top with the milk mixture and cover with a foil sheet. Bake the pie for 40 minutes, and then allow it to cool. Serve warm.
