Directions:

In a moderate-sized-sized deep cooking pan, mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and cayenne.

Stirring continuously, cook on moderate heat until the sauce thickens, approximately fifteen minutes.

Take away the sauce from the heat and put in the beef broth and cream. Using a hand mixer, blend until the desired smoothness is achieved. Heat for a short period of time just prior to serving.

Yield: Approximately 2 cups
