2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups sour Baechu Kimchi, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons gochujang

6 cups Mushroom Dashi

16 ounces somyun (thin wheat noodles)

¼ cup kimchi liquid

2 tablespoons Spicy Soy Sauce Dressing

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and kimchi and sauté for 2 minutes.
