Three-point perspective

This is a technique that is used when eye level is positioned at the top or bottom of a large object. When you look at a small object that you’re drawing, you usually see it from just slightly above eye level, so while three-point perspective is the most accurate (especially for large objects), the distinction is so subtle that it often isn’t worth the extra effort when drawing smaller objects.
