Prep for Day 1
1. Make Whole Chicken Broth the day before you begin. You’ll need it for the first morning of Week 1!
2. Hard-boil 8 eggs (place eggs in pot filled with cold water, bring to boil, turn off heat, leave covered 12 minutes, drain, and cool in cold water).
3. Plan ahead. You’ll need a source for your beef bones and organic chicken (for broth).
Week 2: Meal Plan
NO: Grains, dairy, legumes, soy, refined sugar, refined fats/industrial seed oils
Recipes: Quickie Roast Chicken, Inflammation-Fighting Broth, Supercharged Greens, Healing Chicken Soup, Banana Pancakes, A Little Something Broth, Re-Mix Chili, Roasted Squash Noodles, Sunny Day Fish, Avocado To Go, #SoGood Chia Pudding
NOTE: May have up to 2 cups coffee or tea per day. May add 1 Tbsp almond milk and a little stevia if desired. Unlimited herbal tea OK. Try to add ¼ cup fermented veggies each day.
