Crab Dip

This hot seafood dip is the ultimate in party food. Serve with crusty bread and feed a crowd!

Servings: 25-30

Total Time: 50mins

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

1 cup full-fat mayonnaise

½ tsp ground mustard

2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 pound lump crabmeat

¼ cup mature Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Old Bay seasoning (to garnish)

Crusty bread (to serve)

Directions:

1. Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, mustard and seasoning, until entirely blended.

3. Add the lump crabmeat and gently toss to combine.

4. Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish of 1½-quart capacity.

5. Scatter the Cheddar cheese over the top along with an additional sprinkling of Old Bay seasoning.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for half an hour until bubbly and hot.

7. Serve with crusty bread.
