Two weeks after the arrests of Clark and Bundy, a worker inspecting water towers near the Sierra Highway in Antelope Valley came across scattered human bones. A clump of blonde hair was also in the area.

Clark called this victim “Water Tower,” according to Bundy, but we know her as Jane Doe 18 or Newhall Jane Doe; she is estimated to have been between fifteen and twenty years old. Clark told Bundy she was a sex worker whom he shot in the head while she was performing oral sex on him and that he raped her dead body.
