In a mixing bowl, add the all purpose flour, salt and black pepper. Stir until well combined. Place 3/4 cup milk in a shallow bowl. Place the cracker crumbs in a shallow bowl.
Dip the steaks in the flour mixture making certain to coat each steak well. Dip the steaks into the milk and roll the steaks in the saltine crumbs.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the steaks. Cook the steaks about 4 minutes on each side. The steaks should be done and the outside crispy.
