The Pit
We sail so long on big blue waters, old feet forget the feel of grass. Then finally elf turn to me, say Elven land close. Mine eyes grow with wonder. Such lights, like stars, glow bright on shore. A singing rides the wind, makes old heart soar. Beautiful creatures welcome us, faces smooth, hair like silk, eyes alight with magic. Feel great power around me.
